Tom Crocker
Tom Crocker has spent the last 35 years founding and heading successful private and publicly-traded real estate companies. Prior to founding Crocker Partners LLC in 1993, he was CEO of CRT Properties, Inc (NYSE: CRO) and an elected member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Previously to CRT, Mr. Crocker was founder and CEO of Crocker Realty Trust Inc. Without any legacy assets, he grew the company to a 6.2 million square feet portfolio. Mr. Crocker began his real estate career in 1986 when he founded Crocker & Company, which developed nearly 2 million square feet of office and mixed-use properties, including the development of Mizner Park and the office headquarters of Office Depot.
Mr. Crocker earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He was previously on the Board of Trustees for InnKeepers USA and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Chatham Lodging Trust.
