Team Bio

Mr. Reese is active in projects throughout South Florida, where Crocker Partners’ current portfolio exceeds 3.3 million sq. ft.

Prior to joining the company in 2016, Mr. Reese was co-founder of White Oak Capital, a privately held real estate investment company focusing on value-add and core-plus office opportunities throughout Florida. Overall, he has over $2.5 billion of real estate acquisition, refinancing, and asset management experience, and has managed and leased over 4.3 million sq. ft. of retail, industrial, and office space.

Prior to founding White Oak, Mr. Reese worked for Miami-based Fifteen Group where he was responsible for origination, analysis, underwriting, asset management, and execution of real estate investments and development projects. Previously, at The Georgetown Company, a New York City-based investment firm, he directed asset management for Easton Town Center, a $1.2 billion lifestyle center with 1.8 million sq. ft. in Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of a national real estate portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Reese was with the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in New York, on the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team (SLF), where he focused on origination and structuring of term loans and syndicated bank debt.

Mr. Reese earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with concentrations in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from University of Florida, graduating with honors, and he holds a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University.
