Team Bio

Josh Edwards joined Crocker Partners in 2014 as Vice President, Regional Asset Manager for North and Central Florida. His responsibilities include overseeing all assets in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville that total approximately 2.5 million sq. ft.

Mr. Edwards was last a Vice President at Wells Fargo overseeing the intake, asset management, value enhancement, and disposition of $150 million of commercial real estate throughout the Southeast US. The majority of this portfolio consisted of over 1.5 million sq. ft. of institutional office and retail operating properties throughout Florida.

Prior to that Mr. Edwards was Director of Development for Flagler Development where his role included acquisitions, strategy, entitlement, development management, and dispositions for office, industrial, and land assets in the North and Central Florida markets. He was also a Project Manager for Evergreen Construction in Atlanta, where he oversaw the construction management of commercial projects in Florida and Georgia.

Mr. Edwards earned an MBA from Emory University, Goizueta Business School and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Florida, Rinker School of Building Construction. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and board member for its North Florida chapter.
