Equinix Expands Presence at Crocker Partners’ Two Harbour Place

TAMPA, FL – February 2, 2016 — Equinix, Inc., the global interconnection and data center company, has signed a 25,246-square-foot lease at Crocker Partners’ Two Harbour Place in downtown Tampa. Equinix is renewing its existing 17,188 square feet in the building and expanding by 8,058 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield represented Crocker Partners in the transaction.

Two Harbour Place is a 188,456-square-foot, Class A office building located on prestigious Harbour Island in the Tampa CBD. It is the newest office building in downtown Tampa and recently underwent a $1 million renovation of its lobby, restrooms, and common areas. The building captured BOMA’s 2015 Building of the Year Award for facilities under 200,000 square feet. Two Harbour Place offers on-site property management, maintenance, and security as well as three back-up generators, redundant fiber, and two separate electrical feeds from independent substations.

Two Harbour’s central location will allow it to capitalize on Tampa’s Vision Plan, a bold live-work-play CBD development initiative set forth by Tampa Bay Lightning owner and noted downtown land owner Jeffrey Vinik. The $1 billion plan calls for nearly three million square feet of new waterfront development, all within walking distance of the building.
